Exchanges are simple and can be done within 30 days of receipt of your original order. Once we get that, we’ll make sure to refund your original order, and you can keep your original items, too. How long does it take for me to get a refund?
It may take 5-10 business days for us to get your package at the fulfillment center, inspect your return, process it into inventory, and complete your refund. Depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days for the credit to post to your account.
